Besides a full-time job with a good starting salary you will follow an educational program to unfold your talents. Through personal guidance and coaching you will learn to use your talents in the most optimal way, focusing on your technical-, managerial- and personal capabilities.

In 2 years’ time you will get the chance as a trainee to gain practical experience with different types of work and get a taste of all relevant aspects related to project management and cost engineering. For example, you will take part in challenging projects in an international company that fits your profile best. 

Simultaneously, you will benefit from intensive coaching, assistance and training that will contribute towards your accelerated professional development. You will develop important skills and gain valuable experience from which you will benefit extensively in your future career.
