Young Professionals

One of our services is the one of the group Young Professionals. This is an initiative to make young people interested in the field of Cost Engineering. Eventually the knowledge needs to be secured within the next generation. They are employed by Cost Engineering, where they will receive further education and development of their skills and knowledge. They will extend their practical experience in the organizations of our clients.

Young-Professionals

There are two varieties:

Cost Engineering recruits young technicians who are trained specifically for a certain client. The client (company) will supply a coach. In consultation the learning program and objectives is set. The student stays employed by Cost Engineering until their education is finished. Until then they are posted with the client.

Cost Engineering has a talent pool who are currently at work with our clients, but who are directly deployable on relatively accessible assignments. They run these projects on a temporarily basis and are forwarded to other companies afterwards. The objective of this learning program is to increase the specific knowledge of cost management and the large variety of assignments.
