Connect to Cleopatra Demonstration

Instructions

Here you can find the instructions to connect to the Cleopatra Enterprise demonstration meeting environment. (If you have not already requested a demo, please do so here.)

What you need to attend the web-meeting

All you need is a web browser to connect to the meeting room. When you are attending the web-meeting with multiple people we advise you to use a beamer so everyone has a clear view of the Cleopatra Enterprise demonstration.

Click here to test if your system is ready to access the Adobe Connect meeting room.

How to setup the screensharing connection

Please connect to the meeting room at the date and time your demo is scheduled and follow the steps below:

Step 1

Connect to the screensharing application (click the 'connect' button below)

Connect

Step 2

Select 'Log-in as a guest'

Step 3

Fill in your company name in the 'guest name' field and enter the meeting room.

Step 4

Wait for Cost Engineering Consultancy to accept you into the meeting room for the demonstration of Cleopatra Enterprise.

Software Requirements

To use the screensharing application you need Adobe Flash® Player software. This is already installed on more than 98% of Internet-connected desktops worldwide. In case you do not have Adobe Flash® Player you can download it for free at: get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.
